The Magic Avocado Smoothie

Since I’ve started lifting weights, I’ve noticed my body feeling famished before lunch time. Since I’ve started drinking this avocado smoothie, I’ve noticed that my body feels fuller longer and my workout performance has improved significantly. Also, it’s delicious.

Recipe for one serving
Blend together…
1/2 avocado
1 frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop whey protein
Dash of cinnamon
